Orders are processed within 1–2 business days. You will receive an email notification once your order has been shipped. If your order is placed on a weekend or public holiday, processing will begin on the next business day.
We offer reliable shipping across all of Canada through Stallion Express. Shipping rates are automatically calculated at checkout based on your location, order weight, and package dimensions. Estimated delivery times may vary depending on your region, but most orders arrive within 2–7 business days.
If you need your order sooner, we offer expedited shipping options at an additional cost. Available options will be displayed at checkout based on your location and order weight.
We currently do not offer international shipping. However, we are working on expanding our services. Please check back for updates or subscribe to our newsletter to be notified when international shipping becomes available.
We offer free shipping on all orders over $150 within Canada. This discount is automatically applied at checkout. Free shipping orders will be processed using the most cost-effective shipping method available.
Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number to monitor your shipment’s progress. You can track your order through the shipping provider’s tracking system. If you do not receive a tracking number, please contact us for assistance.
If your package has not arrived within the estimated timeframe, please allow an additional 2–3 business days before contacting us. Shipping delays may occur due to weather conditions, postal disruptions, or peak holiday seasons. If your package is confirmed lost by the carrier, we will assist you in filing a claim and provide a resolution.
Returns are accepted within 5 days of delivery if the item is unused, unopened, and in its original packaging. Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs. To initiate a return, please email us at probeautysupply@outlook.com with your order number and reason for return.
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at probeautysupply@outlook.com with your order number and clear photos of the issue. We will review each case individually and offer a replacement or refund where applicable.
Orders can only be cancelled or modified within 24 hours of placement. Once an order has been processed or shipped, we are unable to make any changes.
During peak shopping periods such as Black Friday, Cyber Monday, and the holiday season, order processing times may be longer than usual. We recommend placing orders early to avoid delays.
