Shipping and Returns

Delivery & Carriage Charges

  • Delivery costs will be estimated on our website based on your location. We’ll ensure the best possible shipping price for you as we move forward together.
  • During the order process, we’ll provide the estimated delivery timeframe. For subscription products, we’ll also inform you when and how you can cancel the contract.
  • We’ll deliver to the address specified in your order. If you choose a Special Delivery method (or if the products require a signature), someone must be available to receive the order between 7:30 am and 4:30 pm, Monday – Saturday.
  • We are not responsible for any loss or damage if you instruct the delivery company to leave your package unattended.
  • After two failed delivery attempts, or if you’re not available for an agreed delivery, the goods may be returned to us. We reserve the right to charge an additional fee for re-delivery.
  • If you change the delivery address after the goods have been dispatched, any extra redirection fees from our carriers will be passed on to you.
  • Please inspect your order upon delivery. If any items are missing or damaged, notify us within 24 hours of receiving your delivery.
  • In case of lost or damaged goods during transit, contact us promptly. If your order has not arrived within 15 days, please inform us so we can investigate the issue.
  • Occasionally, unforeseen events outside of our control may delay delivery (e.g., severe weather, accidents, pandemics, or issues with suppliers). While we’ll do everything we can to resolve these disruptions, we cannot be held liable for delays resulting from these circumstances.
  • Time is not considered the essence of this contract unless explicitly confirmed in writing by a Company Director.

Cancellation & Returns

  • To cancel or modify your order within 24 hours of order confirmation, please email or write to us for a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA). Cancellations cannot be accepted by phone.
  • If you cancel your order after delivery, the goods must be returned within 2 days of notifying us, in their original, unopened packaging. Return shipping costs are your responsibility, and you must ensure the items are packaged securely to avoid damage. Include the RMA number on the return package.
  • We do not accept returns for items that have been worn, modified, or used. This policy applies to products such as eyelashes, lash tints, brow items, and lash adhesives. Items with hygiene seals must be returned with the seal intact for a refund. For hygiene reasons, we cannot make exceptions.
  • Refunds will only be processed once we have confirmed that the returned items have been received in good condition.
