3. Forming a Contract With Us

3.2 We accept your order by emailing a confirmation. At that point, a contract exists between you and us.

3.3 If we cannot accept your order, we will notify you and will not charge you.

7. Delivery & Carriage Charges

7.1 Delivery costs are calculated during checkout.

7.2 Estimated delivery timeframes are provided at checkout.

7.3 Signature deliveries require someone to be present.

7.4 We are not responsible for unattended deliveries.

7.5 Failed deliveries may incur re-delivery charges.

7.6 Address changes after dispatch may incur fees.

8. Cancellation & Returns

8.4 Proof of return is required before refunds are processed.

9. Faulty Goods / Guarantee

9.1 Faults must be reported before use.

9.2 Email details and photos where possible.

9.3 Exchanges occur after inspection.

9.4 Confirmed faults will be refunded including delivery.

9.5 Non-faulty returns incur postage costs.

10. Liability

10.3 Product misuse is customer responsibility.

10.4 Always follow manufacturer instructions.

10.5 Patch testing is recommended 48 hours before use.

10.6 Liability is not limited where unlawful.
